Received almost dead flowers!!! Sent an email complaining an ignored. Will NEVER again order from them!!! Who delivers flowers overnight in a closed box nogal? Trashy service

They never disappoint. Give them a budget and they always exceed expectations. Thank you for handling the funeral flowers so gracefully. They were beautiful.

Very kind, I was accompagnied during my order. They helped me choosing the best flowers and the person was really happy with the bouquet ! I definitely recommend !

Flowers ordered and flowers received by recipient  were not as per requirements. Will not use them again,  was massively disappointed and let down.  They did try to fix it citing the person who made up the bouquet didn't have access to the phone to see the picture   Flowers cost R1500, but what was delivered definitely not worth the price at all!

Spent R600 on flowers - specifically asked about flower food, none was given. Tried to give us old dilapidated roses + took 15 minutes plus to put together a bouquet. Won’t be back.

Really disappointed with the tulips that arrived today for my mums birthday... I had been disappointed with Netflorist and decided to try Gemma Bloom but not great... Flowers arrived in a box and are dry and limp... i paid so much money for this and you guys completely ruined the birthday surprise . Not worth it, I would not recommend at all...

They have self refashioned flower made into what they want and can stay very long since they are dried.
