On 6th January 2023 a Blunden Coach Tour Bus CY383659 decided to park on Municipal grounds throughout the night at a local community in Morningstar Durbanville. During the night and morning the group of passengers threw out their rubbish, bottles and plastic straight on the field where it was parked. Before the Bus left on the 7th I asked the driver of the Bus to speak to the passengers to remove their rubbish. They blatantly refused, cause they said it was not theirs, yet right around the bus where it was parked, rubbish was lying around. Other elder community members then had to pick it up. The driver of a vehicle is always responsible for the passengers, no matter what. He is there to keep order and to make sure, wherever he goes, parked, overnight, it is cleaned before he leaves.
