My father recieved execellent service from here. Special mention to the branch manager as he is extremely helpful and is higly experienced in his work. He went out of his way to make our experience amazing. The storemen are friendly and are always ready to help you. Would higly recommend that everyone uses this branch as they show amazing work ethic and take pride in their work. Truly deserved way more than 5 stars !

Considering the other reviews here, we felt compelled to post our experience. My husband had super service today from BMG. They had to arrange his part from another store but made it happen and even stayed open a little later to ensure my husband was able to collect his part. Thanks so much.

Fantastic service on my very small order. No matter how big or small the chaps are clued up on the products and give excellent service. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly, professional and quick.

Pathetic service and product knowledge by their own sales team. Constant promises to deliver quotes and samples that never materialize. Company couldn't care less if they get your order or not. Only reason i gave one start is because you aren't able to give zero.
