My car is still stuck there after many weeks. I was hoping they'd provide a good service since they are a reputable dealer but hey. If the service adviser that is handling my car is not at work I will not get any update on the repair of my vehicle. To be honest they can do better in terms of communication. They promise to call you but they never do. I've spent so much air time by just calling and asking how far?.
My parents' car went there for service and in less than a month after the service that they encounter serious problem about the car. They contacted the dealer and took the car there only to be provided with a huge amount quotation... I wrote an email to them 2 weeks ago regarding the matter, no respond to my email, I made a follow email yesterday, still nothing. By the way, the car still with them.
Awesome place to service your vehicle. They did a good job. Unfortunately the staff are useless and not helpful. I wasn’t attended to by anyone after waiting 10 mins at BMW approved used sales. I took my business elsewhere.
Asked the guy that checked in my car for it's service last week the small task of asking the mechanic working on the car to please check out the one wiper on the car as it had started lifting up and was almost hitting the bonnet. Now a week later the wiper started hitting the bonnet while driving and chipped the paint.

Useless dealership I ever visited, took my car in for repairs got a call that the vehicle was fixed and ready for collection , when I went to take it I experienced the very same problem it had when it was towed in , when I requested for answers they said it has new problems but funny enough it was the same problem it had and also refused to refund my money. If u need frustrations , visit their workshop for repairs!
i do not wana say mch..they failed to assist me with an aircon problem for 3 times,now my car is out of motorplan and i must pay it myself,i guess is what they wanted,,believe you me its time i find my self green pastures as for legacy polokwane m done

What a worst BMW dealership BMW Legacy. First-off you are advise to bring your car early in the morning and people precisely do that, however what they do once you are gone your car is service last and they help people whom they know first. I was there early in the morning and number two in line. They do not even update you on the status of the car. I was called only around 11h00 and given a quote of how much it will costs and asked whether they should proceed and confirm that they can proceed. No further update were given after that. 15h00 I walked to the dealership and I was told the car has been pre-washed is yet to go to the workshop. I stayed there until 17h30, still no update and I went to Jeff Davids worst advisor and already on the que was another customer who was number on the list and his car had not been attended. This customer was very vocal and they ended taking him to the office. At 17h33 my car was outside, and I made one of the worst thing which was to pay without checking whether all was done. I went to the car, started it the ''due for service'' was still showing on the instrument cluster, now was not sure whether car service has been done on not, still not convinced that it was done. If it was done, who checks and ensure that all is soo in the car? The other matter is that on the instrument cluster there were/are warning signs that are still there and were there when the car went it and these also not attended to.
