Great service. There was a glitch in creating an account for me at this branch and it took two days as opposed to the usual 30min. The staff were so helpful in those two days - calling me and making sure things are in order, etc. and finally calling to notify me that it's been approved and I can come in to shop. Absolutely great service - you've won a client for life.

Wort service ever. Sales lady - Pabalelo - rude and unhelpful. Ignores me when I greet her and then again when I ask her if they can wrap something for a gift.

The service here is dismal. The staff do their best to not be helpful. I recommend not opening a gift registry here as it seems thier system is permanently offline.
