Went there on the 2nd of January, visited their pool area, water wasn't that clean tho, a lifeguard at least by that pool where one side is for kiddies and the other side is just too deep, it would be so much better than no lifeguard at all. Also the big slides were not working, we had access to them but since there wasn't water flowing in them, literally had to pull yourself to the bottom. Overall it was a nice experience, considering the location of the place

The staff at the entrance where very rude. They demanded we pay R200 for a cooler box, R200 for bringing our own meat to braai and R200 for the alcohol, all these extra charges are a bit too much honestly. Once inside the place is beautiful but the water was dirty and the pools had dirt floating in the corners. Not going back considering we drove 1hr 30mn for all that

There place is beautiful and my kids and I had fun there. The only problem that I have is that the pools are just open meaning not divided. Let me explain the two pools where the kids swim I feel that a demarcation wall like must be made so that the kids cannot see what the adults in the big pool are doing. Yes alcohol is allowed and what I have seen after the ladies are drunk I did not like and I felt kids are not supposed to be exposed to such behavior. They were dancing to the music but it was not ok. A Fri end of mine even said "this is not place where you can bring your husband". You can imagine what we have seen there just imagine do we really want our children to be exposed to such things, no. We should also be able to bring our husband's there but by the looks if things no. I don't say don't allow it I'm just pleading with you to protect our kids from such behavior because they enjoyed swimming there. You've really done something beautiful and kids love it. And put someone who can swim as a life guard. Introduce lessons for swimming. Most of the kids don't know how to swim I'm show parents would love it if their kids learn how to swim. Charge per hour. This is a skill that our kids must have and it can save their lives for many years to come.

Go BIG or go home. The place offers pretty miuch everything you'd want from a gym, restairant, accomodation and entertainment. The only thing killing the place is the unreliable slow WiFi. Other than that, it's the ONLY go to place in the area. The service is also unrivaled and it's like that everytime I visit the establishment.
