I got my cat sterilised, and the whole process went smoothly.  The vet explained aftercare patiently.

Animals are well kept and cages are clean. Staff really friendly and helpful. We donated food,blankets and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service and conditions.

Shana & Tshepo are simply the best!!!! They assited us with the adoption process of our puppy. They are very passionate and really put their all into the work. THANK YOU

We had to put our dog down. The staff was very sympathetic and helpfull. They made I feel very comfortable despite the fact that we all left with teams in our eyes and broken hearts our boy was 11 years old and could not move anymore. He deteriarated in 2 days to state beyond repair.

It was such a pleasure to visit this branch. The staff are very friendly and helpful.  Overall very clean. Plz go visit them or send donations.

Atmosphere very good.The saleslady was very respectful and kind.I did not  find some of the things I was looking for but will go there next time_ no doubt about it.

The young lady at the front desk was really helpful and kind. Overall a great experience

Friendly service, will rather support this SPCA before supporting the closest pet hospital #vet.

The staff are absolutely incredible, and the animals are well loved

New to the area, but found quickly with directions. Our dog had to be euthanased. I must compliment all the staff. From reception to the vets. They were helpful, kind and compassionate. And they treated our dog with the utmost care and respect.
