The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful but this Spar's biggest downside is definitely poor management. Things are more often than not, out of stock and when there is stock of certain items they tend to be more expired than what the date on it says. Probably poor handling and bad refrigeration. Speaking of expired/off items, this morning was the last straw and I will rather be taking the drive to Valley View or Rant en Dal Spar. We bought cheese that smelled like a warm trash can when we opened it, and it's not the first time, the worst being probably the time you could visibly see obvious layers of mold on one of the pre-packed cold meats. Why items like these don't get regularly inspected and removed is beyond me. I would definitely recommend you avoid this particular Spar and rather go to any of the others in the immediate vicinity because this place is a public health crisis waiting to happen.
They say they close at 20:00, it's 19:11 and they're closed. I think the staff at some point becomes lazy and decide to shut down, which is a huge inconvenience to us customers. Next time, I won't even bother wasting my time by coming here.
Staff are friendly and helpful,sometimes products are out off stock,other than that i would give them 5 stars
Was disappointed, went there to buy Sunday take away lunch but it was not available on that spesific Sunday being closed for the Chistmas holiday.
Other spar outlets give pensioners extra 5% discount every day of the week but not Bonanza Why not ??
I bought 3 cream donuts there today, the lady said they were baked yesterday and still fresh, unfortunately when we ate them the dough were dried out, and tasted older then a day old, it is a rip off to sell old donuts for the same price as fresh ones, rather remove them fron your shelves then selling them to the customers, they are not cheap and I would have returned them if I did not stay so far from your shop. I am very disappointed . I won't go back there again,
Prices has soared lately sometimes not market related. I now rather use the west krugersdorp branch as service is much more friendly and helpfull. Maggie is someone special allways ready with a smile and friendliness.
Cashiers don't ask for reward numbers, I keep on missing out.
the spar is pretty much in a good manner customers are treated like kings& Queens it was so uptodate atmosphere
I bought my Sunday lunch there. Wooow it was delicious. Keep it up
