WORST customer service ever. Exhorbitant prices! RUDE hairstylists, Especially KOPANO. I will never step foot in that place again, I will not pay top rand to be treated this way, no matter how well you do hair. Get your stylists egos in check and please clean the combs after use.

I was in hatfield as i had a job interview and seriously needed a haircut. This wonderful man Tshepo helped me straight away ! As this is normally an african hair specialist studio it was strange for them to have a Caucasian client which hair is different. I recieved great service and had an excellent experience! Thanks Bontle hair and Tshepo for making my day .

My wife went there for a wash and blow dry. After waiting for her 45min in the car, I return to the salon thinking she is done and by my surprise no one has helped her and the guy said he can’t help her because he is leaving. Very bad customer service.

Professional hair stylists, perfect ambience and the manager/front desk is particularly attentive, polite, resourceful and has great customer service! Wonderful experience all around!

Worst salon experience. I phoned to find out if they deal with natural hair, they said yes but when i got there the ignorance and misinformation of the stylist was shocking to say the least let alone her arrogance. I went for deep conditioning; first red flag was when the stylists massaged conditioner into my scalp then I was told they dont use the hooded dryer for deep conditioning because hooded dryer is for white people's hair , so i used body heat for about 20 mins, mind you i have low porosity hair, apparently she knows nothing about hair porosity. Yet shockingly after washing the conditioner out without detangling my hair with the conditioner still in my hair she whipped out a hand hair dryer The contradiction which the stylist is oblivious to and poor if not lack of knowledge of natural hair left me speechless and actually sad. To end it off they have no leave in conditioner or hair moisturizer - after hairdrying my hair she wanted to put SERUM on my hair!!! Which is a sealant so qn is, what was she sealing when there was no moisturizer put on my hair or anything of the sort? So much for a salon that specializes in natural hair.

I am satisfied with the how Charlene styled my hair, clean salon and best customer service.

Professional saloon for black people. Accepts cards. Great barbers. Works via appointments. I highly recommend it.
