Be prepared to wait even if you've hired a van long before pick-up time, twice we've had a long wait waiting for the canopy to be removed after requesting a van with no canopy hours beforehand, also inspect the vehicle closely, last time we were inconvenienced with another long delay after supposed new scratches were found on the van by their receiving guy, we had to wait for the original guy who handed the vehicle to us to arrive to confirm that they were old scratches, not a client friendly place, a far cry from their Avis counterparts in KZN who are always fast, courteous and efficient..
