Yip service is seriously lacking at this store I frequently purchase as HB Sandton and was at MOA so decided to pop in. I swear I thought I was a ghost for maybe 10 minutes of my life At least a greet from the staff would have been enough but not even that. Absolutely disgusting and shocking. Maybe they were too busy and I'm causing a scene right?

This store needs no description it lives up to its own brand promise

Terrible service. This store lacks class and staff is not friendly and helpful. They don't package clothing neatly and yet we pay so much for the clothes.

Most appalling service. I bought a pair of chinos, which they were supposed to tailor. 5 days later I went in to pick it up, it was not even sent for tailoring. I then requested a refund, which a week later had still not been done.

Staff and manager on duty seemed rather aloof and unsure of product details.

Customer friendly staffs....
