We arrived well after closing time for dinner BUT considerate staff at Botleng contacted us and ensured that our dinner is sorted out. The whole staff was friendly and ensured that we have a wonderful stay.Rooms: 4/5
One of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had. The owners clearly love having new people around and they took pleasure in teaching us about Lesotho and showing us around the area. We felt more like visiting friends than hotel guests here. Not to mention that the grounds are beautiful, service was impeccable and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Definitely stay here.
Incredible stay in the outskirts of Maseru set beneath a beautiful mountain. Large comfortable rooms with very modern amenities. Highly recommended.
Firstly, I'd like to commend Lebohang Lekopa at reception for her outstanding customer service. She was nothing but professional and helpful from the time I requested quotes until we left the guesthouse. Sechaba as well for always availing himself whenever we needed assistance at the guesthouse - from carrying our luggage, room service and even taking pics :: The scenery is both stunning and relaxing; lovely, well-kept gardens, friendly staff. My only gripe is that the food and WiFi were not that great. Very limited choice in terms of breakfast and we only had dinner on the first 2 nights of our stay and ate out on the following 2 nights because the food was mediocre.
The service is amazing, the staff is happy. Ntate Lesego Mokitimi, assisted us, and I must say he was showcasing the venue really well. The rooms are emaculate, and the garden is serene. They paid attention to every single detail. Well done, and thank you for the hospitality.Rooms: 5/5

The staff are very helpful. Unfortunately when we stayed there, we did experience power outages through the night, the heater is quite small for the room size. The Wi-Fi was not working as they did not have data. And in the cold morning we did not have any hot water in our unit. Breakfast portions are small.
Wonderful, tranquil place. That said, i was there on business. Regrettably, wifi just wasnt happening. Also liked the fact that the owner took time at breakfast to chat to guests. Such a pity though that when it was my table's the last one- i was alone turn he simply walked away. So i never met him.
This place is like nothing I have ever seen. The staff are awesome I would give them 6 stars if I could. The view is mind blowing. The rooms are big and beautiful.
