Not only was Luyanda friendly, her service was excellent. I understand nobody is perfect, but that lady was kind, understanding and I had a great time with my 11 family members, yesterday. I hope the next time I visit my points will be added on my Spur card
Decent food. Clean franchise, with a cute valentine theme at the time of the visit. Efficient service with staff regularly checking of you're still okay.Food: 5/5
Chicken and Burgers were great however the chicken schnitzel was not 100% crispy almost not fully cooked. The overall experience was still enjoyable and I would recommend.

A few weeks ago I dined in and had the Ribs and Wing combo with the side of onion rings and chips... It was absolutely divine..... So much so, that I had to come get a take away today 21st March 2023 Im not saying this just because I'm pregnant it really and truly is divine. Thank you to the manager and his staff for bringing good food back!
What an unusually different experience eating at the Spur! I’ve stopped eating at the Spur for years now as usually it’s not customer centric and the food mediocre. Today however, from the door to the last crumb of my breakfast was an amazing experience! It didn’t feel like the Spur at all! Loraine my server was very personable and attentive. It felt five star! Tony the manager, clearly seems to be steering a good ship here! Whatever you’re doing Spur Boulders Creek, Keep it up!
I always have a great time when I'm at Boulder Creek Spur. I have a lot of my Favorites within the staff and it's always a great feeling to see that they recognize me as a customer it makes me feel part of the Spur Family. Food is to die for whether it's Ribs, Steak or Burgers everything is Juicy .. It's very Clean Too.. because it's for *People with the Taste for Life*. Kid-friendliness: It's very safe has a play place and there's always an attendant looking after the kids while they play, there's also CCTV cameras and a Screen you can look at to see if the kids are still ok while enjoying your meal.
Understandably.. You guys were busy. But I asked 2 people for service after 15 minutes and they went to get my waitron.. Sho never pitched. I looked for someone to enquire but no one was available who looked interested. I left. Sad was really lookin forward to a nice steakService: 1/5
We spent my Birthday meal at Spur Boulder Creek and had a blas. They treated me and my family with friendly service, and of course when they heard it was my birthday they sang the song. Great place to be when you want to have a great meal.
