I hate going to Pick n Pay Boulders because of the bad service particularly from a cashier named Ramasele B Makgatho. This was supposed to be my go to grocery shop because I stay close to Boulders Mall however, the bad service, I get from this cashier is extremley appauling. Time and again she is giving me sticking attitude. You can't even ask her for assistance. she will give you one dirty look. Please ask her to serve with respect.
Pick and pay boulders workers are so rude , I bought a concert ticket from them and the event was cancelled . Webticket gave me a voucher to get my refund , I got to the store and there wasn’t anyone at the money market tills , we stood there for good 10minutes and we were later shown a lady who was walking around the store with a male customer . She finally came and took something from the till without even offering to help us we had to run after her to get assistance, after I explained what I wanted to do she just said she doesn’t know what I am talking about and left me standing . Yesterday I bought an item that was on sale for R49.99 and I realized once I got home that I paid double for that item , I called the store and no one wanted to assist me . Worst service ever.
The most ridiculous queues I have ever seen. Cashiers trying very hard to speed up their service
Wow, that store has the rudest of staff. I don't understand why anyone would work in a place that involves alot of interaction with people and you act like that. Throughout the store, the staff is just really rude, it's sickening
Dear Pick 'n PAY I am writting this with a heavy heart! The treatment I got at the pick n pay boulders in midrand. I went to go get my monthly groceries as I do every month from pick n pay, where I always shop over R2000. I was turned away from a till because i had more than 10 items. I ask this cashier does she really expect to return back to another queue where I do not have time and i have already benn turn from a previous till to wait 20 more minutes! This rude woman just gave me a dirty look with no care that I am a customer or even try solve the problem. I am appauled and disgusted by this store and will never be shoping at any pick n pay again!
Apart from their meat not always the freshest, and the occasional rude cashier,we still do most of our grocery shopping there. Visited the shop yesterday, before entering we decided to quickly pop in at the pick n pay bottle storeholding my 1 year bay, the security tells me children arent allowed inside,I asked her "why? And since when as I've been inside with the baby before". With a straight face she says "I must leave my baby at the door with her". Was shocked! And refused, shes then argues with another potential customer behind us before running off and swapping with another security guard.
I was at Pick n Pay The Boulders on 25 Feb 2019 around 14h00, and paid at the very first express till on the left. A young lady by the name of Nicole cashed my items. She was so unpleasant and also got very rude to a black elderly man who was with a boy of about 9. She shouted at the man mainly because he had more than 10 items to pay for. All Nicole needed to do was direct the man to a regular till, and explain to him the reason for doing that, without making him feel like an idiot. I don't care that she wasn't even greeting her customers, from what I observed. Why humiliate a customer so unnecessarily in front of a child and other customers in the queue? Isn't there some sort of training that cashiers go through? Sorry for generalizing, I know there are very good and well mannered cashiers out there.
We shop at the Forrest Hill & Mall at Reds stores. their smart card machines have not been working for over six months. we inform the stores & they say that they have informed head office but they do not attend to the problem. How does the customer load the discounts on their cards before shopping?
Pick n pay in Boulders is convenient store in this Complex. All kind of grocery items, some of fresh Vegetables and a lot of fresh fruits are available in this pick in Pay. Good customer services very neat and clean place a lot of special were there.
It is just ok since you can shop for basics there.
