Bouncy Adventures

I am really disgusted at Bouncy Adventures service. I called her Alice / Alsie to hire a jumping castle and she said to me its available, however I had to pick it up from her house in Boksburg anytime from 7am because she won't be able to drop it off. Saturday morning when my husband went to pick it up she wasn't home and only her husband was home. Her husband refused to give the jumping castle as he said he doesn't have anything to do with his wives business as he has his own. After giving her a call and explaining the situation, her husband rudely asked my husband and other customers what they wanted "again". When I tried to call Alice / Elsie, she didn't answer my call nor return it. Your service is horrible and disgusting. Never ever going back. Sies

Honestly one of the most frustrating parts of throwing a pool party is when it decides to rain. Especially when you’ve hired and fully paid for a waterslide for your party, which you most likely will not use. I just wanted to say thank you to Joanne and Elsie for refunding me even though they really didn’t have to. I will definitely call on you next time again.

I would like to formally complain about the shocking condition of the jumping castle I received on the weekend and well as the most unprofessional service from Elsie. When she arrive at my house, she arrived with her child, she was talking so loud on her phone and was complaining about a client and how everything is just going wrong, she made me feel so uncomfortable in my own house. The jumping castle arrived dirty there was something missed on it near the bottom of the slide, she had no pegs and I had to go and find my own. She was putting on such a performance, I said she could leave and we would sort it out. To find out that the water slid was actually broken and had a puncture as the Palm trees would not go up, not even when it was pegged down. My husband called her to come and collect the water slide and replace it. To which she did, she brought me a Pirate ship. All in all, the service and quality of the jumping castle was shocking. Never use them!
