Easily to fill up while on the N1 freeway
Toilets are SHOCKING! Staff just standing around on their phones doing nothing. Infrastructure is falling apart. Dodgy characters peeking into the cars.
Service can be slow since there are so many pumps here but generally it's not bad and it's quicker than having to get off the highway into a suburb just to fill up
The place is getting worse and worse with vagrants and beggars. Today there was a beggar at the McD order point, as well as a guy begging where you collect. It use to be a great place- but severely run down, the bathrooms are shocking, and the staff in the BP shop and coffee shop are horribly unfriendly and unmotivated.
We had a break down on the N1 and managed to go to nearest Petrol Station ie BP Oasis. Upon arrival my husband was trying to sort out the problem and was assisted by such a helpful attendant. Ntebeka was so efficient and assisting in checking where the leak was. His knowledge pertaining to the engine and vehicle was priceless. We thank him for such great service and just want to say he is real asset to your business. Well done.
Service was the worse ever ,we waited for almost 20 minutes to be attend to , the petrol attend was rude nt help full at all .my husband had to go call the petrol attend to assist us .
Slow service and staff are not the friendliest
Lots of fuel pumps, no so much attendants and even less credit card machines. Have to wait in line for payment longer than waiting for a tortoise to cross the road
Huge filling station but the service needs a lot of improvement. Attended were busy talking to each other while motorists were waiting for service. Some POS machines were not properly working, which ended up wasting more time
Really poor service and attitude. Always have to change pumps as they are hardly ever full.
