No customer service,in fact just no service from petrol attendants.Often stop after 19H00 and can only see 2 staff members and sometimes you wait for longer than 10 minutes for service.Carwash is filfy dirty with no attention to detail.
Always bad service.. Attendants are rascist.. helps Customers that arrived after me. Complained to the manager before.. no improvement I would rather push my car to another filling station and not support BP Eldoglen
This is the absolute WORST filling station EVER. I visited the shop again tonight, was looked straight in the eye by an employee, behond locked doors and acted like she does not see me yet has a mop in her hand and the other one caught sleeping yes, on video! - While all this, two cars weren't attended to and left! Pathetic service, disgraceful employees and just utterly disgusting to both brands: @BP and @Pick 'n Pay
Terrible service received from the car wash personnel! They make you feel like they are doing you a massive favour to wash your car. I asked the employee to hand me his cloth to wipe down my car's interior myself as he was by no means interested in doing a thorough job. He gave me the cloth and laughed to my face and walked away as I concluded his task for him; this after having tipped him for his service. Will not support again.
Dear owner. Please change your Google business times as you are NOT a 24 hour service station. If you're supposed to be, kindly check your cameras on 03/04/2022 at 4:30 as there was not 1 employee in sight and the quick shop doors were shut.
Very disappointed with the service at BP Eldo Glen....tried filling fuel tonight and found no attendants available. I hooted twice, then went into the store and found one attendant buying drinks for a car parked outside. I asked him if there is anyone who can assist me with fuel...he mumbled and walked away. I then took a walk to the room where the attendants sit...and through the window I see another attendant fast asleep. I took a picture of him sleeping. Went back to my car and hooted again for service, the guy buying drinks came out and went to the car he was buying drinks for....and was talking to them and ignored my hooting. I then got off my car and took pictures of him too...he laughed and didnt care because the man in the other car was tipping him to go into the shop and buy him drinks and cigarettes etc. Eventually I drove off and went to another fuel station, clearly BP Eldoglen does not need the business. Attendants are too busy filling up their own pockets with tips to run into the shop.
I've always had excellent service at this garage. I go there daily and its the only garage I like to put feul in at and get my car washed at. They always do their jobs and if you open your mouth and ask for help they are more than obliging.
Service? What service? Needed help with water, anti-freeze & oil for an overheating engine. Nobody volunteered to help, just sat around and looked at us until I blew my car horn - at least 10 minutes without help. Unimpressed.
What is going on at BP Eldo Glen? The garden looks terrible, the place is a mess. What happened to the garden service that use to work there? This is very bad image.
The MOST WORST SERVICE EVER ON THIS PLANET. And while I am typing here I KNOW i am just waisting 2 minutes of my life. You can bring a horse to the water but cannot force it to drink. Useless service....hoping that whiever reads this do urself a favour and drive up Willem Botha to the next best garage.
