Worst Service Ever. You Wait 10mins or more just to pour fuel and there are petrol attendants just chilling, having a chat, some asking women out. Visit this garage if you want to waste your time.

I got there I needed to get information, the guy left me there and told me that he is coming back and when he did come back back, he walked past me. I tried talking to him and he ignored me and kept walking.

This used to be my favorite filling station I filled at this place and nowhere else, I was a loyal customer until recently. The service I got there a month ago was horrible, I went there three times once every week thinking that every week I go there it would be different and better but it never did. Without sounding prejudice or whatsoever, I was serviced by three different women and each one of them were terrible towards me it was like abafun ukungsiza. Funny enough they give male customers a different service , it's all smiles and giggles and going an extra mile for them but it's the total difference for female customers. This happend more than once , if it's once or twice it's okay because we all have bad days at work but more than three times it's a pattern. Cleary the female petrol attendeds there prefer serving male customers than female one's. It's a shame!!!!

Fuel area is big, nice and clean. Staff is quick and sufficient. Very friendly. Shop is open 24/7. Very clean, big variety of groceries. Average garage prices. Also quick and sufficient service.

There is a difference here in shift teams, I mostly been here after 6pm if needed and the later team is always so friendly and accommodating. One service attendant even helped me get milk the night I forgot my mask at home. I don't like to purchase petrol here, especially during the day, as like today. The service is slow. Almost deliberatly slow. Left and got an immediate friendly and helpful smile at Caltex.
