The positive effects of real owner engagement at an operational level has to be one of the secrets to the success of this business. Puts the SERVICE back into service station.
Excellent service, well kept garage- very clean and tidy. The wild bean cafe has the tastiest muffins, their pies are great- unfortunately the last 3 times I’ve visited they have had a very poor selection of pies to pick from only steak available this was in the middle of the day as well- quite unhappy about that as I work close by and always looking for a quick bite to eat. When they first opened- there was more variety.
Third time being here in the last month.service is very poor. Attendants sit at forecourt and look at you until someone else comes to fill you up As if they have turns to do their job.
Friendly staff behind the hot food counter. Good variety of products provided by Pick n Pay
I asked for R200 petrol and R356 was put as he had made a mistake and wrote R2000 on the petrol tank thing. Now I'm supposed to pay addtional amount.
Good selection but exorbitant prices!
Brand new BP, attendants responsive and polite. New reward card to get free car wash available
It's ok but they don't wash cars properly
Clean , good selections , good service
It is a petrol station, so nothing to really report. But impressed with the service so far.
