Cake quality has significantly reduced. Low quality ingredients and freshness being the main problem. Don’t recommend.

The two Muslim guys are so friendly, the coloured looking and the dark one who does the creatibe writings on Cakes, They bring in the warm and fun in that place. Very engaging and offer great service!!

Cakes are great, but the lady that served us on Saturday night at 19:45pm was horrible and rude. Worst customer service.

i ordered a cake for a special occation today and got a stale cake im so dissapointed and embarassed.

I was there yesterday, I bought a few different cakes to try, the swiss roll was delicious and fresh, i also had a chocolate eclair which was good, the scones this mrng was dry en stale, ring doughnuts were also stale. I am yet to try the queen cakes.

Management needs to train there staff customer service stills especially at the till point had 2 extremely rude and arrogant ladies that serve there.
