The worst buying experience of my life. My husband and I bought a couch and fridge here. The couch got delivered on the 4th of February and the fridge was delivered 2 days later reason being that it was coming from a warehouse in Pretoria. My mother-in-law signed for the delivery as we were working on that day. Later we came home and unboxed our new fridge… we saw that inside the glass there are scratches factory fault - in the paint type of scratches… the next day we called the saleswoman who helped us with the purchase and she asked that we take pictures of the fridge inside, outside, the damaged areas as well as the serial number… later she told us that they will exchange the fridge sometime during the week. It is now almost end of February and all we have been getting are a bunch of excuses. The first being that we signed for the fridge so it is not viable for them to exchange it. After trying to get help for almost a week, I had to go to the store and “remind” the manager about CPA customer protection act to be taken seriously. I reported the problem within 24 hours of receiving the fridge so I was well within the 7 day cooling off period so they have absolutely no right of not taking back the fridge if I am not happy with it. To cut the story short, I am still trying to resolve that problem even today. I would never recommend this store to anyone. It’s full of incompetent employees and I just want them to take their fridge back so that I can go and buy a fridge elsewhere.
Great furniture, good quality but staff only interested to help when it’s a big orderly. When looking for something small 3 or more floor staff all sit on the couches looking at you not saying a word. A painful experience just purchase a small item
Service not so good. Spoke to Jacob as we wanted to pay cash for a couch. No stock, jacob said he will revert back the next day to let us know when they will get stock. Still no call received.
Service is absolutely poor. We paid cash for a lounge suit and now they don't bother to answer the phone. Quick to take your money but when it comes to service delivery they are all dead.,Won't even give them a single star.
Service is very good. Only the call centre has glitches here and there
