Management is clueless. Ordered a bed to be delivered they have no idea where the bed is and when it will be delivered. Head office doesnt answer the phone. Sleeping on the floor for 5 days with NO relief in sight. Would recommend using another company as bradlows personnel are not there to serve you they are there for a pay cheque only
The staff was friendly and helpful I appreciate their services and I vote for them
