I would like share my utter disappointment with the customer service of this store . I walked into the store 8th of January 2023 to express my concern about my grafton everest lounge which I purchased in 2018 . I spoke to a consultant named Shelia an there was a young boy which was also sitting next to her as proof when she told me my lounge suit was still under guarantee she literally was counting the years infront of me an tells me she will log a complaint an will get a reference number an someone will come out to evaluate the problem with the lounge suite today she calls my husband an denies she said it was still under guarantee when she calls me she said the supplier told her it was not under guarantee anymore. Please Shelia watch your customer service an how you handle a problem im deeply upset after this was brought to my attention. Even after you said i spent alot of money an agreed this should not be happening. Dont lie on what you said to me on the 8th because i appreciated you tried to help but you should have done your research before having a conversation you did at your store i am not a uneducated women who does not understand english. Today in the conversation you rapped instead of hearing me out as a customer an how upset i was bout the response from grafton everest. After 4 years I must pay for them their call out an repairs. First an foremost you don't spend R18000 to have the lounge suite peeling after 4 years. Furthermore I had issues with bradlows an the grafton everest from the day I bought it the complaint is still on the system with head office if the manager of the store had bothered to check she would have known an would have tried her atmost best to assist me. Absolutely terrible service from this branch from day one. This is my 2nd lounge suit bought from bradlows but I had dealt the the boulders branch in midrand an never had a problem. Head office an the regional manager must please get involved again this not fair on me as a customer I spent alot of money hard earned money.
