Bramleigh Manor B And B

Hubby and I stayed there for three nights. Staff was awesome, rooms and bathroom were neat and spacious. Very peaceful. Full kitchen available. Service was outstanding.Rooms: 5/5

Beautiful place staff was very accommodating. Rooms were beautifully done however the bed was was to flimsy soft and you sunk in. the aircon did not work and had a terrible smell when you put it on we advised the owner she said that the maintenance guy is unavailable and there is no alternative heating option therefore the rooms were cold to stay in and the bathroom was not cleaned nicely it had toothpaste spots all over from whomever used the room, the shower was not cleaned and had soap scum all over.The room walls were not clean either. It had dirt and marks all over from previous use.

Very, very bad service. Business trip. Our office made a reservation. I was under pressure to get to get to a busines meeting. Came to the gate, phoned. I was greeted with very cold stern voice. I told her who I was , and I was told it was "the middle of the day". Turns out she heard wrong... after the introduction I got , there is no way I would go there ,or allow our team of technicians to go there any time soon. I was helped very quickly by some great B&Bs in the area. I was helped by Gail Foley of Hamilton Urban Guesthouse. Even though she was full, she gave me references to get setup within 20minutes!!

Very comfortable beds and well situated from shops and main high way. The rooms are fantastic with air con and beautiful bathrooms with a spacious shower. Your home away from home. Has also a full kitchen a available and has free wifi. Love this place.

Pleasantly surprised just how nice it was. Had a great sleep. The aircon/heater worked a treat being a cold day. They don't offer breakfast unless you ask for it. Definitely will be back if we are in the area.

Generally a good experience, nightshift manager was late , we had to wait for the gate to be opened for 39 min, beds and room is great, breakfast was awesome.

I just spent 4 days at Lake Sands Manor and I am really happy with the staff there. They treated us well, kept the rooms clean at all times and attended to our needs promptly. Everything they advertise is what they offer and more! To Green, Ayanda, Sonta and everyone else thank you for making our stay memorable. Will definitely come back. Lake Sands Manor is highly recommended

Great and friendly staff and management. A bit pricey, worth it. Was spoiled during my stay, large bath and large shower, will definitely visit again when in Pmb.
