How on earth can you pay R1200 a night when……: 1…….the mattress is way way past it’s time - it was old and hollow; 2….when the shower is part of the small room and one of the doors is totally missing…..; 3…….no drinking water supplied 4……..very old bedding and towels 5………useless to carry on with more details….. …..the room was just VERY VERY TIRED!!!
Norma and Andre are the best hosts in town! Don't look around, when you are in Heidelberg, Gauteng. Bri-Shel Manor offers luxury and exceptional clean guestrooms, a beautiful garden area and a dining area with stunning views over a small dam. Keep it up. See you again soon!Rooms: 5/5

Thank you to the wonderful owners of this beautiful property. My boyfriend and I loved every second of being at Bri Shel Manor. The hosts were so accommodating. The room was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Thank you again to Norma and Andre. You were both so lovely, I pray for nothing but the best for your property and would recommend it to everyone!
The staff are friendly and exceptional. They actually offered to help us with transport when we had a very big problem getting to a wedding venue nearby. However for the price payed we expected the linens and towels to be swapped daily not just tidied up. We would have definitely booked an extra evening, however we found out that they close on the 15th of December... Unfortunately due to later learning that we could have booked for the evening as they close the 19th we give them a 2 star rating. We did however enjoy our stay.

Stayed for 2 nights to attend wedding. Beautifully clean and well kept. Luxurious rooms, comfortable bed, and peaceful deck overlooking a small dam. Only negative owners hung around all the time wanting to chat. And Sunday morning wanted us out so they could clean at 9 15 when checkout is 10am. Breakfast was extra and very basic at R110.
Wow, absolutely wow if one wants to break away from the rush of the busy roads and hard working days, then Bri-shel manor is definitely you go to place it is quiet yet not too far away from everything. CLEAN NEAT AND COMFORTING NOW HAS A NAME "Bri-shel manor" with excelent staff and even better hospitality this is a must see when in the area will surely see me again very soon. Thanks tannie norma and oom Johan.
