Would have liked to give them a negative 5 stars. Worst service ever and struggling to get my money refunded. They said I would receive the part for the waching machine within 3 days in the end I bought a new waching machine as they told one lie after the other the same with my refund everyday I am told I will receive my money today. It has been a week now and still no refund!

Great, friendly service at a reasonable price. However, difficult to find due to lack of proper signage.

The owner and his staff are amazing. You feel comfortable from the moment you enter the shop. They are not just helpful but will advise you what's best for product.

I ordered a Bosch part through BRICA Appliances, as they are accredited agents. I had to chase after the Consultant for two weeks regarding updates on the arrival of the part, even though I informed her I required it urgently. My least expection was not met, i.e. FEEDBACK ! Sadly, I am still waiting for the part!!

They made a plan to fix my vacuum hose. Machine working perfectly now. Bill was only R80.00

Normally Brica has whatever electrical / vacuum cleaner component I'm looking for. Unfortunately, not this time.
