My chair back covers were torn. The chairs were dirty Nd my one table was wobbly This is not on. I paid full price with no complains. Dont do this to people on their function day It is stressful. As if we dnt have enough of stress Not a happy customer

Dear Shaveera Bhagirathi Firstly, I removed my post because Mrs Bridgelall called me 9 times. I removed the review not because you speak of the 'legal entities' but because of her tone and the arrogance from our second to last call and she asked me to take it down and no problem at all, I said sure I will remove it but I will not remove this review for the following reasons.. I dealt with Mrs Bridgelall and not my boss - why should I ask him to contact her in the first place? She says its "his money and not mine, I just work here.' - So so true but this was a task assigned by him to me. The whole hiring etc was all done through me. Business is about relationships and I was creating the initial relationship between this specific service provider and the company I represent. When you create relationships you create an ongoing business channel between 2 or more parties. The right thing for this hiring service to do was apologise on Thursday for the condition of the equipment brought to our premises as it was not up to par with my repetitive specifications - they were wrong but up to now, no apology. I agreed to having the delivery fee of R200 deducted from my payment but nothing else was agreed upon. Thereafter an additional R75 for a table cloth which was said to be sent through and I know I had not recieved yet I didnt fuss I let them deduct this money. When I received my money back today a total of R500 was deducted - fo what? I don't know.. Also, if you have a look at the quote Shaveera Bhagirathi it says R200 for Cartage. There is NO SET UP COST, FORFEIT COST OR FEE CHARGED OR MENTIONED OR WAS EVER MENTIONED! Mrs Bridgelall went onto saying that her business does not run on my little R3240 hiring and she is well established etc. - is that necessary to say? Is that what my business meant to her? In all honesty when it comes to business every last bit counts. So if that's the attitude and feelings she has to my attempt to supporting her then I guess that just speaks for itself. It is fair that it doesn't run on my small R3240 but at the end of the day, that money means something. I will obviously not come to Bridgelall's again due to this personal experience and whether people support this business really isn't my issue. If people read this and don't want to, but this is my review.. I am merely just sharing an experience. Unfortunately its not rosey enough but it is what it is. Please refrain from calling me a liar.
