Bright Water Commons, Randburg

Best shopping center. It has all the shops that you need. From restaurants, clothing,shoes,sweets, clicks, dischem, pna, crazy store, electronics, liquor, and tobacco.

Small nice shopping centre,some nice shops like dischem,clicks,Mr price,MTN,Telkom, picknpay,checker hyper,crazy shop,crazy plastic,crazy pet,food lover market, ocean basket,and virgin active,and many more shops. Secure free parking .No more flea market and water features as used to be ,which make the place full of life.

Brightwater had an amazing atmosphere, but shops started closing. I feel management should've promoted more shops to move in, but instead they broke down the flea market and skate park, and what they plan to eventually replace it with is unlikely to fix it- even more so if more shops close down. Brightwater needs more big name shops and maybe become a huge food court with lush green lawns.

So much potential this centre has, in a great location, but how unfortunate that 60% of the centre is ghost town. A few mediocre, substandard restaurants are left, along with a couple of low quality stock selling stores. A pick 'n pay and virgin active gym. The grass lawn is particularly lovely. So much can be done with this centre, but it's just been abandoned by its management. Used to be an awesome family centre for every body. What a shame.

It is no longer attractive .I hope some one can do something about it to bring back the glory the old waterfront .

I miss the days where the dam and Zipline across was still there. It was R10 to ride the zipline - you would have to put these seatbelt material safety things around your wrist and when you where about half way there was a guy at the end who used to signal you to start running in mid-air before you reached the end. Wonder who remembers this. . .

Not like how it used to be a couple of decades ago when it was Randburg Waterfront. Flea market is ok. Water features are always empty. Sometimes feels tired and worn out. Nice Adventure Golf location and the Pick 'n Pay is nice.

There is so much potential in the set up of Brightwater Commons with it's well laid out grass areas, excellent deals in the flea market and ample parking. Sadly the lack of high quality shops makes Brightwater Commons famous only for the Virgin Active and a few family events that take place during the year.

What was once a vibrant entertainment centre is now a sad deserted place! Still beautifully kept open areas, but virtually empty. Cannot believe this place has been allowed to deteriorate to this extent. Sad.....

I love going to brightwater commons...wait...let me rephrase that...I used to love going to brightwater commons..... I went to Scrooge restaurant 2 weeks ago and am disgusted at what has happened to what was once a lively, fun, family orientated place.....Shame on whoever bought the place and has run it into the ground....well done for making people lose out on sales and well done for closing down the market....you must have the highest IQ around.
