Employees can be more professional and take customers inconsideration. Drinking coffee and discussing where who buy clothes is more a priority for them. Then they cut wrong keys also ‍ seems when there is no competition regarding this service being professional isn’t a priority.

5/01/2023 - A written arrangement was made with Lydia to do a call out to exchange a lock at the old age home. They sent a locksmith out, but could not put a payment through on SAMBA as was arranged in writing on whatsapp. I had to drive to the shop and make the payment on behalf of my ageing mother. I still had to pay the call out-f fee too. They refused any discount for their error. LOUW's have the monopoly in this service and therefore Customer service and after service is not a priority for them. I suspect she knew that I would be made to go make the payment at the shop, when the quotation was done already, but decided to keep that information until after the job was done.

Efficient, but please don't loose or misplaced your keys as having duplicates cut is now becoming very expense.

Most pathetic place ever! Handed in shoes to be repaired on 07June 2022, up to date still not done. Owner refuses to answer my calls and blocked me on whatsapp. Would not recommend

After waiting 40min for a simple safe key I looked at the key, and I am by no means a locksmith, I could see the key is not the same and won't work. Terrible service was received. Even 2 people that came in after me were handed their cut keys before me. I will however give credit to the LADY with curly hair, that came to assist after my dispute and after about 5min gave me another key perfect made by HERSELF!!!! That was the service I was lead to believe I would receive at Louws.

Have been here two time now.... they are more interested in their morning coffee the to help anyone...I gave them a chance two times a month apart but I can say just bad service both times
