Britney's Beauty Nails

All I wanted was gel on my toes. Came in and specifically asked for the nails to be square-shaped. The employee proceeded to file my edges round. Annoyingly I already knew it wasn’t going to look anything like what I initially asked for. She continued to unevenly apply the gel polish and cleaned around the nail with a thick brush not a nail brush, but a makeup brush - know as I have the same one I explain that i wasn’t happy and they called Sarah who partially removed what the first nail “tech” had applied and she very obviously showed her annoyance at me checking my nails before going into the lamp for curing after each coat which I had to do else I might as well have asked my 6 year old niece to paint it. I still had to ask for edges to be properly cleaned and I AGAIN pointed out the brush was not working for what she was trying to clean around my nail and she replied "I know what I’m doing” yo which I explained that I also know and once it cures you cannot just wipe the gel off. She ignored me and continued with the same brush. Unprofessional, no customer service etiquette. One of those establishments who seem to only be receptive of good feedback but can’t deal with objections from customer. It was rushed as she had a class waiting and instead was chatting with another customer while “fixing” my nails. Absolutely mortifying experience

Loved it. My nails look gorgeous. The staff, well some of them anyway, very friendly. Waxing or nails, I'll definitely recommend Chenay, she is friendly, professional and does an amazing job.

Disappointing experience. The shop is untidy, the towels are stained, the music is inappropriate, the technicians are very busy chatting to each other and not paying attention to customers. The standard at this shop is low and it needs a manager urgently.

PPE IN PLAC.Very clean and organized beauty salon. Extreme qualified, experienced and friendly staff.

Wasted my time here. Had a paint done. Immediately went home and removed it myself. The “salon” is not very well kept and the staff are unprofessional.
