Today I went to Bronberrick pharmacy for my baby’s 6 month immunisation. I had made an appointment for 12h30 which was confirmed telephonically. When I arrived exactly at 12h30 I overheard the nurse telling the receptionist  that who ever comes now she won’t be able to assist because she is going to do her hair! The receptionist then told me I have to come back at 14h30! I am appalled by this as she doesn’t know how far I had to travel in the heat with my baby or what my circumstances are. She put her hair appointment above the patient needs! If she couldn’t assist due to whatever the problem was they could’ve called me. The nurse is very unprofessional to have done this and I will not be back there again although it’s the closest pharmacy to where I live.

Visited this pharmacy yesterday evening. I was looking to replenish my Acc200, Corenza and Lictagon. Couldn't find two of the items, approached the cashier as she was available. She politely asked me to follow her and got me the necessary items. A big shout out to Ruandi vd Berg, who made my experience at your pharmacy sensational. Keep up the good service

You don't get better service elsewhere! Their extended hours is very convenient and they always give very good advice.  It is worth your while to drive a few extra kilos to get to them. Thanks Herman and Team for your dedication to serve the community!

I just want to give a big thank you to the staff of Bronberrik Pharmacy. Thank you for your devoted time and patience. I have never walked into a friendlier Pharmacy.  And this is why our Dearest pharmacists make such a big difference in the world, I appreciate all you've done for me.

I have been dealing with Herman for years and I can say without a doubt its the best service and help I have ever had in any pharmacy. Keep it up guys.

Pharmacy staff just look at you and continue to be on their phones and talk amongst each other when only one customer is waiting to fulfil a script. Disappointed    Will not be returning there any time soon.

2021.06.25 Disappointed! Called the Pharmacy placing an delivery order and called back after 2-3 hrs to find out if the delivery was going to happen? spoke to the chemist who advised that the order is on the way, driver is doing his rounds delving the stock, now +_ 1 hr after the call still no delivery. Disappointed.       Poor quality of service and communication.

Dealt with the rudest and vile nurse during my 9 month old's vaccination. Made a scene out of something that the manager was able to resolve swiftly and easily. Wont be going back there that's for sure. Very disappointing experience..

You will look far and wide to get any pharmacy to match these guys service level. For the last 19 years this is my pharmacy. They go out of their way to help always.  No problem is to small or to big. Value added services they do with a smile. They are always friendly and helpful. Even more so with the hypcocondriacs of our community. Especially the petrol heads of this world that doesn't know the difference between an Engen Garage and the top pharmacy ever.  Well done Herman and team. Thank you for making our community a better place.
