Perfect student accommodation! Good rules and amazing views makes this place peaceful and fun.
If one had to talk about top class accommodation for students. I would definitely shout out Brooklyn house without any hesitation. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing but the warmth and kindness that is shed by the staff members is applaud able. Security is at its best and the rooms are spacious and really suitable for any student. To sum up things, I would give the Brooklyn house 2 thumbs up :.
Terrible experience, so relieved to be out of Brooklyn House. When you move in, management are all smiles- so sweet and welcoming. When you are in all you get are threats, bad attitudes and rudeness. Then when you move out, do not expect to get your deposit refunded. Brooklyn house use students' deposits to redecorate and upgrade apartments. Our 60 square metre apartment lost a deposit of almost R33 000! Painting of that tiny little place apparently cost R11000. A cheap piece of rubbish couch which broke after a week of use and then broke again within a week of being "repaired" was replaced with a beautiful, good quality couch at our expense. Bed bases in all 4 bedrooms were upgraded at our expense. The list goes on and on. A warning to new residents! We had to learn the hard way.I have spoken to other previous residents who have experienced the same.
5 stars, love it here! Would definitely recommend this place as your ‘home away from home’. Brooklyn house has amazing facilities enriched with amazing friendly people. It also radiates a positive energy and gives off good vibes!
I’ve always heard great things about Brooklyn House from a friend who’s son is currently staying there while studying at UP, and finally got to see it firsthand. Wow, was I impressed! Things have changed quite a bit since I was at varsity-res. The building is immaculate with world-class facilities available to the residents. It is secure, modern, clean, comfortable, and creatively designed. Everyone I met were very helpful and friendly. Well done to the Brooklyn House team!
Well managed, clean and very organised. Amazing facilities on the rooftop. Rooms are a decent size for students. Value for what you pay for the accommodation.
Great spacious rooms for a decent price compared to other places! Made awesome friends and met the most amazing boyfriend! Plus the pool is a win!!

definitely sets a new standard in the ultimate student accommodation! incredible facilities, wonderful staff and world class accommodation… we should all be so lucky to lit out our student years in this special place !
What an experience! I recently visited a friend residing at Brooklyn House and she could not stop bragging about student life there. She took me for a tour would have been silly not to! and I was at a loss for words throughout the entire tour. The various amenities, the designs, the exceptionally friendly staff - Leandri, we see you, thank you! - and the food... oh my, the food! What a place to be and I hear it's only getting better?? Hard to believe since it's already SO incredible! Looking forward to seeing what they add next... that gym though! :D Keep it up BH and team!
