I like this mall more than mall of africa.. smaller but better in everything First of all they are reusing the grey water.. just for this I can give 20stars The shops looks better, the eateries looks better. Just you might not notice how big it is there is two different parts and I didn’t noticed the big part , my husband found it
Love this mall. Not too big and not too small either. Easy parking. Nice shops. Card machines at parking stations not always working and loadshedding affect a lot of shops.
This mall is not too crowded like other malls. I loves it. Whenever I go there, I don't struggle to get a parking place. It's a clean place....with nice restaurants .
A good mall. It is small but you have everything you need. I like banking here, very convenient. A great number of good restaurants.
Typical mall experience. Always very clean and not to over crowded. The only negative thing about this mall is the parking gates espesially on exit. Double boom gates and spike barriers takes forever to open and most often one of the exits lane are closed

Lay out of shops is confused. Some shop don't have a variety of things not sizes we want and we drove from far. We could have stop at Menlyn in stead. Won't go there again
The Mall is fine. A car had been stuck in front of my car at the boom gate which did not open. The attendants answering the help button were not helpful. We waited at least 20 minutes and even then the person on foot had not been clear and decisive. Management should please address the problem and train staff to assist graciously.
Love it, there's shops with beautiful stuff and the mall is conservative. One is able to shop in peace without the crowd. Their operating hours are great too.
Brooklyn Mall has a great variety of shops, whether it's for clothing, food, jewelry or conveniences; this mall offers all of these. It has high end stores as well as those of regular brands, and a great selection of restaurants. Ample parking space and it is conveniently located near public transport routes. Definitely a grear shopping experience.
