Brooks over charged me. Charged me R450/m2 to sand and seal my flooring. Calculated the area without cupboards installed but then only planned to complete after cupboards installed. Area decreased from 18m2 to 10m2 but would not decrease his price. 50% paid but then decided to get a different company that would cost less to do the full job than it would cost if Brooks were to finish. Learned that brooks subcontracts his jobs to smalled companies and that the finishing he advised was of lower quality. Dont make my mistake, Brooks is a Crook.
Bought 130 sqm of kiaat flooring and only received around 70 sqm . Waiting on owner to explain what will happen to the rest of the order or if there will be a refund of my money
