At 10:30 in yhe morning they only had 2 pies available. I asked for the sausage roll. The lady helping me did not understand English and had to call someone else to help. They handed my the pie and it was cold. The pie oven should be at 65% and it was cold. The microwaved it for me and I left. No one greeted me. No one thanked me. I work across the road but I will rather drive to a place where I am acknowledged and appreciated. I tried your service again on Monday 30 November 2020. Wanted to buy milk. No stock. All shelves half empty. See photos attached. This is a bad shop. Replace your manager.
My friend bought 3 items, totaling R35.00. The screen showed R47.00. When my friend inquired about the R12.00 price difference the lady turned around the screen and it showed, 3 items total R47.00. She insisted that we pay, which we did using a debit card. The slip showed that were 5 items purchased, when my friend asked about the 2 additional items, she had no response, she took the slip and went to her manager. Manager comes out tears the top of the slip, gives us back The R12.00 difference, he apologized. He then claimed that it was an error. Was this an error or a deliberate attempt to have the customer pay for the cashier's two items? Hoping that we just don't look at the total value of the items.
Great service and good food
Speed points not working, so if filling and paying with card one has to go and que inside with other shoppers, and there's only one teller. Not cool.
