Highly disgusted with the one receptionist. She treated me so badly and she is so rude. I asked for documentation that was urgent for medical aid authorization and when I phoned to followed up I was met with this rude receptionist. She has no communication skills and she is highly unprofessional. I'm really upset because the dentist is amazing but then we have to deal with a rude receptionist. Highly upset.
