Very secured,always clean nice environment for a healthy mind
Buhle doesn’t care about their students and whenever we face issues they take fiver to assist us. They promise services they can not deliver. They fail to fix simple things like toilet leaks and replacing microwaves. It takes them forever to change empty gas cylinders. One thing they are passionate about is them getting their rent money . I would not recommend anyone to stay here, because once you sign the contract there is no going out .
I stayed at Buhle for 3 years and it was one of the most unpleasant experience with the management system. I constantly had to beg to get things repaired in my bedroom I even left with everything unrepaired. The extraction fan in the toilet worked for only the first few months of my stay. I reported a few times and still hadn't gotten it fix and it was supposed to be the only source of ventilation in my toilet since there is no windows. Dirt bins were causing ill health as they were all places in one area less than 10 meters to my bedroom. I had worms crawling into my bedroom and they still hadn't removed the bins. Fly's disturbing my health on a daily basis. I reported it and it Seemed as if I'm being dishonest and just wanted the bins removd by my room. It rained heavily one evening and my room flooded with water. Which Damage some of my electronics and a few pair of shoes. I reported it to that their guttering system didn't work right and demand my property, and they respond was, I don't pray hard enough. The gutters were improved only in certain places in the yard but not in the important areas where improvement was needed. I Was constantly threatened that I would be taken to Court for withholding my payments while I wait for them to fulfill the promise they had made to me a long time ago when I reported and requested them to take responsibility for everything they Had to respond to. Buhle Student House is beautiful and that's why I chose it but once I got to stay in it, all it's beauty Faded away.
It's a great safe place for students to stay. Beautifully gardened, immaculate pools, with perfect sized rooms for any students. With the houses right next to the campus it is truly an upgrade from some of the other accommodation options in the area. Totally in a league of its own.
They take forever to fix things, there's hardly hot water to shower, only on washing machine works for the entire complex, Wifi is unstable. Buhle is only beautiful outside to attract people to come stay here and once you are here they bind you with contracts so you can't leave when you get tired of the services they promised to deliver but don't.
This is.a very nice place. It's always maintained more than any other Student house I've been to or seen. And it's very much affordable and safe. I love it!! Keep up the good work guys.
I think the price matches the standards offered there, there's also a well equipped study area, swimming pools, wifi is provided, braai places, jumping castle...and only two tenants share a bathroom per apartment
Its a very nice place. The rooms are well painted and the interior design behind it is deserving. I highly recommend it
Most deceiving student accommodation ever. If there arent electricity black outs its the cold showers in the dead of winter. Groceries get spoilt because electricity is always a problem. The well being of students is not first priority.
Buhle Student House's, Are all located near the Vaal University of Technology, the are known to provide fancy and quality student accommodation, they have a Trampoline, Study rooms and fingerprint gate access control systems...
