Really friendly service

The service @ Build it-Kriel is allways a pleasant occasion, as the manager is a pleasant fellow. He would refer you to another store if he has no stock. I enjoy his coversation - A plus !!

If you don't have any other choice... Rude cashiers and very unfriendly. Always have to ask for items with the answer been "sorry we don't have". No prices of items displayed so you just don't know how much. Some of the staff are racist towards White people. Management has a cokey attitude and they are expensive.

I get most of the stuff I want

Big store with a lot to offer. Only problem is the staff are not very knowledgeable or they lie to you. Have been told products have been discontinued, then I walk to Shoprite and find a entire shelf full. Have been told I have to buy a complete basin plug unit when Mica sells the plug loose

Always friendly staff to assist quickly. Can help with home maint decisions and give very good advice.

Better to deliver that store it's worth of service and kind supervisors

Easy layout and very helpful staff, service at tills abit slow and sometimes only one open but further no complaints.

Service not good, I entered and the ladies were chatting amongst themselves about social things not even work and for 5 minutes I was in the shop no one came to me to offer assistance.

no one in to help with any quotes whatsoever. I am from a contstruction company and no manager available, sales manager off and the lady answering the phone does not say "please hold" she just screams instructions over the phone. shocking
