Build It

They have a nice product range and serve seasonal items good. Service is good and sufficient. The two things they can improve on are inside lighting and shelves and product boxing being dusty.

Needed to solve a water issue, at first the sales person helping me pointed out what I needed and backed off. When he saw I was trying to build a solution he immediately provided more Information and helped me find what I needed. Ended up being two fittings short of a six pack but that was completely my fault.

Beyond expectations, they have it all. Does not matter what it is that you are looking for, if it's anything in regards with getting tools for home improvements or even getting the preferred decor when doing home improvements! And this includes indoors and outdoors areas. Much satisfied with this branch!

Good service, but I won't order building material again... I ordered some concrete mix, and they sent me what seemed like at least 13 mm stones mixed with building sand and cement. I had to send it back

Opens very early. Nice and clean. Please employ more white and other race. Always wonderful experience to shop here. Not one's did they not sell what I needed

Worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I came to get a few things. My wife went in the one direction to ask for plugs for the basin, the staff basically dismissed her. I was looking for the right sized pipe clamps, found two but I wanted to check with someone. I looked around for help but no one was available. When I approached the help desk, the person at the desk qas doing his private banking over the phone while the person next to him who I presume was the manager blankly ignored me. When I asked him for help, he said he could not help me at all. He proceeded to do nothing. I promptly put the clamps back and walked out. No sale made, I'll never come back, and I'll tell others not to go there too.

Great variety. I had an issue , where I was billed incorrectly, but only noticed when I got home. I went back a couple of days later and was refunded. This was handled very well. Thanks.

Does anyone except the cashiers work on a Sunday? Went in, needed help NO ONE was available to help. The manager to high and mighty to assist. The men at the bathroom counter too busy on personal calls. Very uncomfortable for a woman visiting with two kids. I have been there three times now, the first, the last and never again

Very expensive, cashbuild is literally half the price for all of the building and timber materials that this place sells. And cashbuild delivers free of charge if you buy over a certain amount. I think the pricing authorities should pay this place a visit cos most of their products are really way overpriced. No variety of tiles or timber either.

It's all about bulk. If you want a couple of screws you will have to buy 50 to 100 pre-packaged. But other than that, I love the store.
