They have a problem with English language,the problem they have is that they think everyone speaks and understand South African local languages and they are not professional interms of welcoming customers because of their consistency use of the Local languages. They must be professional because we are now living in a global community were people are moving very much. South Africa is an icon of Africa and countries come to this country for various reasons and purposes. So they should learn universal language that brings us together to achieve a common goal which is business.
