Not the best servoce. They take advantage of being the only hardware in town. Customer service is very poor. Their tools are of poor quality. We bought a wheel barrow and it broke within 2hrs. We sent it back to the store and they refused to exchange it. This oyher time we bought material worth over 35k and they couldn't deliver it, 2km from their shop. They wanted extra delivery fee. Nevertheless, we specified right from the start that we want material delivered to our site. "they made a mistakec and didn't add delivery fee of R115, 00 Many other materials we bought here and they don't have TLC. It might be skin color thing, this small town is still under the old black / white system

I was looking for surfix wire and found it at a very reasonable price. Their card machine was acting up but we made a internet transfer and the manager released the purchase without the e-mail confirmation. That is superb service to customers
