I usually get what I need here, but they can give some attention to their plumbing department regarding some fittings. The store is much much better than before after the recent upgrades they have done.
Service is kak the cashiers are slow and there's no sense of urgency. I had to wait almost 15 mins and I was the only customer just to buy 1 item..
Since the revamp of the store their stock have increased and it is a pleasure to visit, would like to see more stock in the line of potting soils etc.
I lady help me there, but it looked like she didn't want to help me. I ask if they have gas GEYSERS and she took me to the gas HEATERS and walk away.

Absolutely horrible service, buy stuff on a Wednesday morning for delivery receive a call from them on a Friday morning that they will deliver within the next hour. I arrange for someone to be at my house for receiving of the items and now almost 2 hours still nobody. Would not recommend
I paid for a jojo tank and requested for a kaki coloured tank witch they didn't have in stock at the time. Ive been there numerous times and all of the times they took my number but never phoned to let me know when they will be delivering my tank. 2 months later and here im still waiting. I'm utterly dissapointed in this franchise and the service i got from them and wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them since they don't have a care in the world for they're customer's.
Buid it is a hardware shop focused on the home owner and building industry. Got most of what you will ever need to build a house from scratch to finish. The fact that most items is not priced distracts from the shopping experience. You need to negotiate at a counter before going to a till...
