Just love this store, however serious lack of management floor Manager. 1 till open  and a queue of 15, sorry but we have jobs to go to, time is money for us too. Manager was called, he did not even bother to come forward, so I went to him and there he is sitting lekker in his office. Oh staff are off sick he says . Really, what the hell is your job dude, make a plan, without customers you dont have a job. Respect your job, many people would love to replace you.  Hence 1 star, pathetic service, Manager seriously needs to pick up his socks

Great place for hardware; especially for fastners - incredible range of types and sizes. Also impressive: easy access from main road Use east access from traffic lights on main road, plenty parking, knowledgeable and helpful floor staff.

Misrable, grumpy and very unhelpful staff. Store is large and well stocked with a huge variety of D.IY. and garden supplies but the unpleasant experience is a huge deterrent. I would avoid it at all cost.

Staff is very friendly, on all departments out doors to in doors, quality material I’m just happy with their service  I also love the pop Corn when you enter

This store is pathetic. System apparently don't work and then management is chilling with friends. Absolutely no one to help

Spoke to two gentlemen about a month ago who took my details and promised to order an expensive item 23k from another branch for me... still waiting for them to get back to me... not even a return call...

Couldn't find what I was looking for hence the four stars, but otherwise a great place to shop. Large variety on their DIY products for all the enthusiasts such as myself. The friendly car guards who take exceptional care of your prized possession is an added bonus.

Had good service and their staff members are really friendly. They have an amazing variety of product to choose from too.

1. I bought DURAM Cooltech paint for my roof which started to peel off, I reported the issue duram sent a technitian to come and inspect after which BWH and DURAM replaced the paint with extra bonding liquid I had to apply. I repainted the roof again exactly as per the instructions from DURAM Took photo record of whole process wash with preasure cleaner then sugar soap, pressure clean again, apply the bonding liquid after the roof dried and then paint with DURAM Cooltech sent a mail to BWH management ant Duram to proove my painting practice... till today no rwply. It is peeling off again even worse than the first time... even on the wall which ajoins the roof where bonding liquid was also applied 2. Bought a toilet from BWH the lid did not fit the cistern... I had to pay the plumber twice to fit the new cistern which was exchanged... when I asked at the refund counter who is going to pay for the plumber the 2'nd time the reply was I should take that up with the manufacturer... I would have expected that BWH should take ownership of the issue and facilitate as the toilet box is boldly branded as a BWH product with a SABS stamp. 3. Bought PVC ceiling at BWH only to find that all stock in their warehouse has been damaged... had to waste almost an hour to get my refund as staff was everywhere except at their posts to get the necessarry authorization to reverse the transaction
