Typical of a smaller builders. Is kept clean and staff are to the greater part helpful. Pricing is an issue with some articles not having a price on the shelf. Stock availability is also limited. Especially on sandpaper for orbital Sanders.
I shopp here almost everyday for my house building materials, the female workers here are very rude and disrespectful. Other than that the male ones are helpful. I guess I have to take my business elsewhere
Easy to access with most things available for hardware store! They really go out of their way to get what you want and at the best price too, if you have some patience should I rather say: "The wife internal government" has enough patience!!
Low stock and items that we were looking for were damaged. All the items we looked at did not have pricing on. Very frustrating.
If i could give this place a 0 star i would. I came in and asked if they have gas and if i can refill. The lady at the door says no problem, once i get my gas bottle out of the car, to come back and say there is no gas at all. I was waiting at the door the lady at the door trying to find answers, 2 other employees ignore her singing and blatently disrespectful. She then finds another emoployee that seems to have more information and he was even worse, doesnt want to talk to me doesnt want to give me answers and once he comes he just doesnt give me the information we need.. I was so disapointed and can't believe the service. Thank you for the lady at the door for being helpful as she can. This is no way to talk to anyone.
A good array of hardware equipment - we will definitely use it as an alternative to some of the other hardware shops
Great Place to get all Household Repairs and Maintenance equipment and accessories. Staff always Professional and knowledgeable. Clean Facilities and Great shopping experience. Will be always willing to return. Sgegede Clan
This has to be the worst service I have ever received. I am so disgusted. From the word go we have battled. Firstly it has been battle to get deliver and then the driver battled for 45 min to get to us and we live like 2km from them. The guy tells us his lost so we must get him by the checkers and then we get there he is not there. They did not have stock of one item and never phoned us to let us know so we could choose an alternative. And to top it all off they only deliver half the stuff when there was MORE than enough space to price everything. They send 4 guys with 1 shovel to off load the sand. Come on guys get a grip.
No sense of customer service at all. You are on your own, the sales people will not or can never ask "how can we help you or do you need anyhelp?"
