I love this store but always struggle with finding prices for items. I end up leaving items because it's such a mission to get the price or someone to assist. I'll always go back though because it's a great store. They can just pay a bit more attention to the small things I'd say...
Friendly and helpful. Doesn't matter which department Andrew help me and help load it in the car.
Always in search of a helpfull staff member and not finding any, but eventually being helped by a fellow customer. yet i kept going back to the store, i will rather go elsewhere in the future. You do however get what you need even if it means you must struggle by yourself in the shop. Prices are fairly expensive compared to similar shops
Online service and delivery is oki. Delivery team very friendly. Reason for 3 star and not 5, I wish Builders can phone to confirm delivery, only SMS are sent, but nobody phones when vehicle is on its way. They will hoot in front of gate rather. Take note that you can wait weeks for online order delivery. If not a month.
Absolute Useless service !!! Wife and I went to go cut 2 two small pieces of glass, stood waiting at empty counter for 10min + after searching for someone to come help we eventually hear an announcement call for the person to attend to us , wait another 10 min. no one attended to us look for someone new to help us , hear another announcement wait again . We decided to leave ,then on the way out asked to talk to the manager , then they told no we will get help, long story short they could not help and requested we come back the next day , Next day they say they cant cut 6mm glass at an angle Its two straight lines . Up And down traveling fees X 2 and car guards to be paid for a R50 piece of glass that Kloppers cut for us in 10Min with a parking stamp. THANKS Kloppers!! This poor service from Builders after we bought a 5200L JOJO tank from them just two weeks ago, They obliviously don't want and need our business so we will stay away from them .
The place is a DIY dream come true. Not clients service orientated. Section or allocated staff is not informed or sales driven. Rather tell you they don't have stock, than to take tour detail, or try to sell you another brand name with thr same characteristics...so sad
Went to buy a doggy door where it is listed on the rack for R600 then you go to the till then you see its over R1300 and as far as i know its the price you see is the price you pay but they said they cant. They offered a discount for what we are thankfull for but its still the principal of the matter that's not right.
On availability of stock and cleanliness I can not fault them 5 star but when it comes to staff and their willingness to help and go the extra mile I give them a 1star therefore the total of 3 stars. I also am not referring to all departments but in particular to the bathroom department. Very dissatisfied customer. Feels like the person I spoke to had no passion for his job and also really should bot be working with and assisting people.
Very organised and wide variety of foods to choose from. I especially like the new home decor section that they expanded on.
A great place. The staff is friendly and efficient. I've held back one star due to the fact that the staff on the floor were not clued-up as to where the rechargeable light bulbs are located in their workplace.
