It was my first time in this store and it is well arranged and stock up. The only snag was the store couldn't activate my new account card.
I went to get curtain rods, I forgot to get the name of the amazing lady thar helped me. She went out of her way to help me get all the items I needed, she served me with a smile even with the back and forth since I was not sure about the sizes. She was very patient, and my checkout process was smooth. Thank you for your good customer service. I would definitely recommend.
Everything under one roof. Always my go to place if I can not find something. Wide variety of products and brands. Electrical department and plumbing department is always stocked well and everything you need is there. They also assist with materials for building and help you calculate amount needed. Staff general helpful. Prices are a bit more than usual but I always find what I need. Give them a visit next time you stuck
Most useless staff. Unable to get 1 single person willing to help regarding a purchase of a gas heater. Been send from pillar to post. Seems having a gossip party is much more important than actually do what they are paid for. Customer service is most definitely a swear word in this shop
I was assisted by Clement Mkhelepa and i had the best service i have ever received at Builders Warehouse. I have purchased items in the past but this last experience was outstanding. I took time as i wanted specific items and Clement helped me. I had a wow experience
Not readily available staff to help in this store, nor are they friendly or knowledgeable. The garden section is pathetic in terms of assistance. It is relatively well stocked though, so if you know what you want, you should get it.
Not at all happy with the service received. The service from builders it self was good. I was totally taken aback by the attitude and lack of respect from the plascon consultant not going to name him here. So much so that I am in the process of taking it further with his superior.
Worst place if looking for service, lady managers at the information desk are rude and extremely uneducated when it comes to client service. This place is on a go slow everytime I visit. Don't even try asking for help in isle 4, staff walking around like zombies trying to look busy its actually a disgrace.
I did not physically visit the store but I did purchase a 2400l Jojo tank from them online and the tank arrived ahead of schedule and in good condition , additionally delivery was free. Great value for money and good service , Keep up the good work !
Pathetic service. Never anyone around to assist in store. Always standing amongst other staff members and talking. If you think I'm being dramatic, go to this store and see for yourself.
