Went there to check some pricing on a corner shower. Pricing not bad. Big variety of goods. The guy that helped me was funny and awesome. Just a sorry I did not get his name. Keep it up!
A huge variety of goods from basic items to high end and niche. Definitely get a builders card as you can save a lot with it. Definitely going to be going there more often. The staff are always friendly and helpful too - given the size of the warehouse it can be difficult to find something specific but all the items I asked for they had stock of with a few variants too.
Been supporting them for three months now due to renovations project. Online ordering use to be perfect. Now I'm sitting with partially received stock and I'm waiting for the rest nearly week later...... And they have in stock still displayed in online store. Been at the actual Kempton branch in person a few times to exchange items. Assistance is very slow, and staff seem reluctant to work. Met the manager on my last visit to exchange items, very bad overall energy coming off her.... So guess I did support their branch again. The Tile Adhesive was delivered the Saturday late afternoon and I placed another order which are I received before the long weekend to finish up my outdoor area. So it's a bit of a mixed bag? Atleast my improvements look good
The Worst service i and my wife have had i a really long time servers standing around talking not answering phones and ignoring customers who pay their salaries...had to carry my own heavy purchase my self...at least 2 people out of the whole store was willing to help..Alfred the nice tall guy and the cutter not sure about his name...why is it that people get jobs to stand around and do nothing to earn their pay?
Could improve in their customer service. But overall a great place to spend a few hours lots of interesting things that you must have.
Visit the store anytime and you will discover that at least half the products do not have ANY prices on them. One does not always have time to enquire and wait for staff member to return. Believe me Im not the only one complaining about same issue. Do you any idea how much business you lose because of this??
Dear BW, I would like to record this frustration I am having right now. My husband bought a gas geyser from you then few months it's not heating up the water. We reported the issue which was around 9 May, it was referred to the manufacturer however the delay is unbearable. We had to revert to the eskom mode. The guy came to inspect the geyser on the 12th May and today is the 30th. I called the company few min ago to follow up and they said the guy will come tomorrow. My question is, what is BW doing to ensure that these problems are being attended to? You can't sell something and when there is an issue you remove yourself from the equation. Please create a system that will help you monitor these enquiries, this was obviously initiated from your side.
I drove 50km because the system show they have 27bulk pack of 10 in stock, I wanted 10bulk pack of 10 , they only had 2bulk pack of 10 in stock, so I have to buy 80 pieces seperate at 2.5% discount, that's pathetic,no body wanted to help, very very bad experience and service
Builders is wonderfully renovated/revamped. Great access with the two entrances, makes it much easier to access the products that you are looking for. Love the new layout/look!
I am appalled and left outraged at the attitude I got from one of the delivery guys by the name of SIYABONGA ZULU!!!!! I clearly and nicely instruct where to place the bags of cement and they place them at a wrong place. I, again, politely request for them to put them in the correct place so that they will be not get wet from the rain and the certain Siyabonga Zulu backchats with the most disgusting attitude telling me I should've said so from the very beginning and went on to continue talking to his colleague about this whilst I could clearly hear him!!! I have never been so disrespected like this in my own home for services I paid for to make matters worse. He doesn't even bother to apologise.
