Thank you for the amazing service and product range always

This is a well layed out, one stop, convenience store. It is a very large store where you get anything from paint to bathrooms essentials. They also have a very nice large nursery. Their staff is friendly and helpful.

Paint section is arrogant. They are on the cellphone. After 5 minutes you ask for assistance she gets rude and walks away you go into the mixing plant where another guy is ask him for assistance you ask him for the price of a sample mix as im renovating and need to decide on paint. He sais r200 for 1l and walks away you ask again he starts talking in his language. I left. At Least saw this so it got 1 star with

Only thing you cant find here is a girlfriend. Hell, they even have a nice coffee shop in there. Multiple staff members tried to assist & were very polite. Great stuff

One of the larger Builders Warehouse centre's in the Sandton area. They have a lot of stuff but when you get in, you rarely receive assistance from the staff. You need to run around finding someone to assist you. Another reason I scored it so low is that exactly the same building items such as concrete mix, is priced higher at Builders Rivonia than Builders Fourways. Why is this so? Strange to price items higher in areas that are associated with higher income earners. Does price gouging ring a bell. Anyway, if you're in a hurry and don't mind paying a premium for your hardware needs, then this Builders should have what you are looking for. But I would advise you shop around and try Builders warehouse branches outside Sandton for better prices

Good store with lots of options but there are very few staff around to help. With the store being so big, it can be time consuming to walk up and down the isles to find what you are looking for. They do offer a very wide variety of goods from kitchen cupboards to power tools, appliances, PPE, plumbing and electrical, paint, gardening goods and cutting services. There is a Vida Cafe in store which is nice so you can grab a drink after a long shop.

Very poor customer service. I kept on being transferred to different departments that kept putting me on hold 20 minutes at a time. The product was annoying because it didn’t work, but the telecoms staff was frustrating, it’s as if they didn’t want to do their jobs.

Helpful and friendly front desk staff. First visit but they made my purchase super quick and fast. Keep the good job

Friendly staff, beautiful and practical layout, and great ambience. The lighting was quite low for some reason, but it didn't impact my experience negatively.

Difficult to find anything in this store. Very cluttered. Has become very expensive definitely not warehouse prices. A battery I wanted for my remote was some 200 - 300%more expensive than a couple a years ago and almost 50% more than the price that I paid later at another store.
