But don't read the WhatsApp reply sent and then bothers you for an appointment to work out their schedule not listening to the fact that my wife works and only gets home after 18h00. So no way we could have an appointment before to fit in with their time management. I thought they were offering us service!

Absolutely pathetic service. Attempted to book a viewing early December, was given dates for viewings and on four separate occasions was told the morning of the viewing that they couldn't make the viewing that day and had to reschedule. Over a full month later I still was not able to view the property and was then told that someone else had already taken it. Agent was also extremely non-communicative - Not once was I informed that viewing was cancelled from the agent's initiative, each time I was only told so in response after attempting to confirm that the viewing was still on.

Lerique from LRE and team are so professional, polite always happy to help with any queries at all. My whole experience with Lerique has been excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using his services again in the future. He was just so very helpful with the sale of my property. He is knowledgeable about the property market so I always felt confident of a sale. This meant I was far less stressed with the sale as I knew I could contact Lerique with any issues that cropped up. He has many contacts and found a buyer within a very short timespan. So very impressed. A massive thank you Lerique on behalf of me and my wife.

The LRE rental agent was extremely communicative prior to me signing a rental agreement. Afterwards, sadly the service declined. She arranged a move date and then did not have the key on the arranged date. My furniture removal company had arrived and already began packing when she told me that I could not get the key that day. My furniture was left out in the rain and I was treated like she was doing me a favor when she eventually agreed to handover that day after I threatened legal action. Very disappointing and very poor after service.

Magda Spies is awesome! She was always very helpful and such a great person. Real Estate agencies need more people like her.
