Received terrible service here, Bought school uniforms for my child which isn't cheap, they gave me an incorrect size that did not fit and refused to refund/exchange the skort that was sized and marked incorrectly by their supplier - Had to pay a second time for another one. Think its unfair to pay for a mistake made by the store/supplier. They don't even deserve the 1 star review. Will not recommend shopping here.

Very disapointed in this Shop, if you can get your child's school uniform get it, because from Burger Brothers, their prices are exborbitint, got told tailoring was R30 at the till we paid R110 for a SKIRT to be shortened AND only to find out that we can acrually get her skirts at a normal retail outlet. Nevermind that we have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for her uniform to come into stock!!! This place is a joke and are ridiculously expensive, not to mention the quick buck they make with no regard to their customers! Not even worth half a star.

Ordered and paid for a blazer to get embroidered. I was told it would take 1 to 2 business days, it has been 2 weeks with no communication from their side and numerous calls from my side.

Excellent service from staff. Got kids school uniforms at competitively lower prices. Very good quality uniforms too.

Bought a pants for my child they didn't inspect the pants when we bought when we took it home it was not the proper fit ,today I took it back, they inspected it like I was a criminal and it still had a tag on it , it had one piece of dust on it and the sales lady accused me of it being worn, why was it not inspected In the first place , they already over priced with the school uniform which we are forced to buy, obviously they don't care about the consumers pocket , please don't support them the other stores that have uniform are much more accommodating
